How-to Guide: Wedding Edition

Adding Jars of Dust Ceramics to your Wedding Registry

We frequently get asked if Jars of Dust has a registry option. While brides cannot create an entire registry through Jars of Dust, you CAN add any and all (we highly recommend all) of our products to your registry through The Knot!

Read on for a how-to on this handy tip for any bride!

With three year-round and one seasonal glaze color, you can easily build your dream JOD table setting by adding individual handmade ceramic pottery pieces to your Knot registry with the click of a button!

Important to note: this hack only works on a desktop, not on your mobile device or The Knot app.

Follow these simple steps:

Our Kitchen. Crock in the color Eggshell (white) holding wooden cooking utensils

STEP 1

Go to The Knot and log in

Click “Registry” at the top of the page. This will bring you to their registry overview page

STEP 2

Scroll down until you see the section entitled “Add Anything From Anywhere.” Here you will find a button which can be dragged up to your bookmark bar called “Add to The Knot.” Drag this button up to your bookmark bar.

If you can’t find the bar, The Knot recommends going to “view” in your browser’s top menu and setting your bookmarks bar to visible

STEP 3

Once the button has been installed, visit our website and find the handmade ceramic pottery you would like to add to your registry.

Click into the item and then hit your “Add to The Knot” button on your bookmark bar. A window will pop up where you can add the price and quantity of the item.

If you’re purchasing any sets, don’t forget to specify which color or mix of colors you’d like for each piece!

Once you save it, it’s on your Knot registry, just like magic! Repeat this step for each individual item you would like to add
