All orders are insured and shipped through USPS Priority mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and fulfill your order after the date in which it is placed. Once your order is fulfilled it will take approximately 2-4 business days to be delivered.
At the moment, we are unable to ship internationally. However, if you live outside of North America and wish to purchase a piece, please contact us directly and we would be happy to calculate international shipping on individual orders.
If you need expedited shipping, contact us directly before placing an order and we can calculate those costs on an individual basis.
Orders + Refunds
Jars of Dust does not offer refunds or allow cancelled orders. Although, if you receive a piece that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery date with photos of damaged items. We can then work out a refund/exchange. After 24 hours of delivery date, damaged goods will not be taken into consideration.
Most of our dinnerware items are Made to Order. This means that we create those pieces from scratch specifically for your order. Because the ceramic creating process is tedious and sometimes long, please allow 3-4 weeks for us to make those pieces for you. Once they are complete, we will fulfill your order via a "fulfillment email" and then ship them off to you! As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions!
Products + Care
The maker spends intimate time with each individual piece. Every item is hand thrown and turned on the potter's wheel, with hand dipped glaze application. The nature of our goods allows for slight variances among sets being sold, glaze colors, shapes, and sizes. Not one piece is exactly like the next. This characteristic is looked upon with delight from the artist, being able to give each customer a very special creation just for them.
In caring for your Jars of Dust wares, note that all pieces were designed to be used on a daily basis. Every piece is microwave, dishwasher, and food safe. Some items even lend themselves well to baking, just make sure to let the pottery preheat with the oven.
