-earring hardware is hypoallergenic, nickel-free stainless steel 

-earrings are made from porcelain clay (white), and stoneware (brown) fired twice, same process as traditional pottery

-I do not recommend wearing stud earrings swimming or in the shower because it could degrade the glue over time. (I have not had any break since starting to sell them this fall, but in the event they ever do I would of course repair at no cost)

-recommended glue is E7000 or E6000
