Meet Mal

We’ve had a few new people join us recently, and we thought it’d be good to re-introduce the woman who started it all, our founder + owner, Mal.

We got some peaks into her life outside of work at her home. What’s interesting about Mal is that her vision for creating beautiful + functional ceramics at work has also carried into her (many) hobbies: learning to quilt turned making her own clothes (my fav is her fleece pullover), exploring gardening turned building a (very secure) (and super cute) greenhouse, etc.

Mal’s an incredibly hard working boss + leader, and outside of work she works incredibly hard with her husband, PJ — transforming her Virginia Beach home into a place of inspiration and creativity and immaculate vibes.

We’re obsessed with how Stone, our new color, pairs perfectly in her dining room. The wooden table and creamy gray glaze compliment each other so well.

Mal’s a maker at heart - every piece of her home, from the fireplace mantel to the dishes in the sink, have been touched or inspired by her love of craft.
